Wow!!!, amazing, can I just say amazing. We came down from Ojai to Santa Paula to the DMV and we had just discovered Birria Tacos with consome in Soledad and have been trying them at different places. I must say these are the best we've had. So so so yummy and Sara the cook was so gracious, such a sweetheart. My husband is on Keto diet and I am dairy free, gluten free, and usually meat free recovering from breat cancer and I must say it was carb. Dairy, and meat worthy...lol. The sauces were mouth watering and the birria consome is the best I ever had. Love, love, love. A must have...
