Stopped by for some kolaches for breakfast. We ordered the Sausage and Cheese and the Jalapeño, Sausage and Cheese. The bread was sweet and had great flavor. The sausages were pretty good. I wish there were more Jalapeños in the other but overall great kolaches. I did like that they are full size and not the minis.
Mikey liked the Hot Dog Truck – Wild Bill’s Beach Dogs. He got ONE hot dog, plain, and ONE coke $10.
In a world that's often complicated, it's the simplest joys that can be the most satisfying. Wild Bill's Beach Dogs, located in Seaside, embodies this idea perfectly. It's surprising how many people overlook the culinary treasures this modest spot has to offer. Maybe they're too caught up in the noise of today's intricate gourmet trends to truly recognize the mastery behind a well-made hot dog. I had the pleasure of trying the American and the Carolina special, and it was nothing short of a revelation. The flavors danced on my taste buds like a skilled ballerina, with each bite more enticing than the last. It's a delightful medley of taste that leaves you wanting more. To the critics who rated Wild Bill's just average: perhaps it's time to refresh your perspective or reconsider your dining choices. For me, this charming place deserves a solid five stars, reminding us that sometimes, less is truly more.
We always make it a priority to visit this place whenever we're in town. I tried the Carolina Dog, and it was a perfect 10/10! The New England-style buttered toast bun is simply outstanding...
