Hibachi grills are fun and offer a bunch of different types of meat, but this one wasn't impressive. It was a lot more expensive than most meals, and literally all the meat was overcooked. I ordered Chicken Tatsuta, but got glorified chicken mcnuggets made up of ground up processed chicken instead of whole meat chicken. This is my only complaint and the reason I took away a star rating. The sushi was really good. I hope the make the effort to elevate the chicken tatsuta to a level worthy to be sold in a restaurant made with real whole meat chicken. Otherwise they should take it off the menu.
