Subway - Santo

I went to eat here on a road trip a few hours later I was having extreme vomiting and diarrhea.

I frequent here at least once a month. I continue to eat here because it's closest to my house. However, when I order on the app and request extra toppings or extra meat, it is never put on my sandwiches. Not a problem if it were free, but that's $3 per sandwich. We usually get 4. I complained just yesterday and the lady said that she couldn't do anything about it but she'd have the manager call me back. It's 3pm and still no word. It's one thing to happen occasionally, but every time!?? It's also a hassle to call there because 3 stores share one phone. What's that about???‍

Place is filthy. Bread was undercooked. Random employees from gas station making own sandwiches with no ppe and touching food. They need a health inspection asap.

I wish these guys would just close this location down! This place has erratic hours of operation and seldom are open when I get off the ranch to get dinner, even though the posted hours of operation said they should be open. I came to the store tonight to get 3 hot subways at 7:50 pm. The front door is locked so I walked around. I was instantly informed that they turned off the oven at 7:30 for cleaning even though the Subway is open till 9pm. Just close this location. I have grown accustom to the new chicken express and really don’t need a non dedicated restaurant that is only open whenever the mood strikes them!
