Baristart Coffee - Sapporo

I ordered Espresso (single shot) using Honduras Beans. Perfectly strong aroma and flavor. I love a little bitterness in my coffee so sipping it until the last drop was a joy for me.

Finally great coffee after being in rural Hokkaido for a little over a week living off convenience store coffee. Definitely worth a stop here if you enjoy milk based coffees, perfect temp, great velvety texture and supertasty. The cold brew was rich and refreshing aswell. Owner tried really hard with English and appreciated my poor Japanese. Shop is small and cosy could do with some music.

The coffee service is nothing short of exceptional. I am a personal barista with 4 years of experience and this is one of the best coffees that I have had.

Amazing coffee shop with many types of milk to choose from. There were four options for coffee beans and the staff can speak English well.

I went there a few days ago, I had a iced latte. Good things were can choose cowmilks. Also they asked me lighter or bitter coffee. Mine was quite bitter than I expected but good coffee. It is interesting to choose cow milk, I’d like to try different milk next time :
