La Playa Beach - Sarande

First of all, the beach itself is good, nothing fancy or great. The shallows are filled with big rocks and stones at the right end of the beach but in the middle the are not many, so avoid right end. Staff is Ok, but out of 5-6 members only one knows english which is terrible, others don’t know anything so they always call the one that knows. We visited this beach around 5-6 days straight and every day the same guy approached us and he didn’t know the basic questions like “how much is espresso?”, really?? So he always called the other guy, every single day… On the other hand, everyone in the reviews says that espresso is good, I disagree. I ordered espresso every day and it was getting more bitter and sour as days went by. So it wasn’t good at all.

Experience end of August 2021: The chaise longue was not comfortable and far to be clean, the music was terrible (kind of cheap boom boom remixed music and much too loud. (first answer from the staff on our request to lower or change the music: here it is not a place to sleep , after talking to the manager it was a bit better... . personal opinion : I do not recommend it, if you want to spend quiet quality time with your family. positive points: nice view, good expresso coffee and Wifi for free.
