The food is consistently excellent, and the service is top-notch. We typically have a cashier named Jen, who is incredibly sweet and does a fantastic job.

This restaurant can be a bit inconsistent. We've visited about once a month for the past couple of months, and I can say that most of the time, the food is excellent and we don't encounter any issues. However, there have been a few occasions when the food didn't meet the usual KFC standards, and we've experienced some problems with the staff. Despite these drawbacks, the positives outweigh the negatives, so I'm sticking with my four-star rating.

I decided to stop by the drive-thru for lunch with Nacktby, and I’m glad I did! The girl who took my order was incredibly patient and friendly, which made the experience stand out compared to other drive-thrus. She was so polite that I felt comfortable adding more to my order. I even mentioned this to her at the window. The food was well prepared and not greasy at all. Overall, it was a great experience!
