Starbucks - Saratoga Springs

I guess Starbucks is not really for me, but the service here is pretty great for those who like it! Two staff were there when I ordered; both were very helpful and friendly. I rarely go to Starbucks so wasn't sure what to order and decided to try the mango dragonfruit lemonade. The staff was so nice to offer to let me sample the drink before I placed the order! I appreciated that so much and felt good ordering it instead of having to worry about getting a drink I didn't like.I also tried the mint chocolate chip Frappuccino and the Paradise drink with peach juice blend and vanilla sweet cream foam. I like the variety of drinks Starbucks offers, but I also don't think they taste THAT amazing, so it won't be my first choice when wanting to get a drink. I liked their food a little more. I got the turkey provolone pesto on ciabatta, bacon gruyere egg bites, and blueberry scone, which were all very yummy. However, they were quite expensive for their small portions, so I think I'll get these items elsewhere next time. In short, the food and drinks at Starbucks are good, but I probably won't spend money there again. But for those Starbucks lovers, this store at Smith's has the best staff!!

Usually get a good drink from here but the barista taking my order was kind of a brat. She had 3 lip piercings on her top lip. I ordered a venti strawberry açaí refresher with light ice and light water. Pretty simple but they made a tall. So I told them it was a venti. Then my venti wasn’t light water. Pretty frustrating when you pay so much for a drink. Felt bad for the other girl working with her cause she seemed kind of rude to her too.

Just meh all around. Batistas are not friendly, no personality and the coffee is inconsistent.

Honestly kept giving this location chances because it's close to my house and it's convenient, but I'm so sick of their customer service. They screw up the drinks frequently. Especially like an hour or two before closing. I understand y'all wanna go home, but it's your job. Whenever they screw up they aren't nice about it. They also won't take the drink back that they ruined. So defeats the whole point of going through the drive thru... thank you now that I'm in a hurry have to no extra cup holders I have to get out of my car in the 15 degree weather and find the trash can. Stop using Covid as an excuse for shitty service.

Just go elsewhere. A new Starbucks opened up down the road.
