East Side Mario's - Sarnia

Steak and potatoes were awesome! Did not expect such good steak- my 2yo ate half of mine ! Staff was really great they cheered my girl up after a hard day.. even while she continuously called them meatballs Very happy with the dine in experience ... last time we got take out and capeletti was awful. Defintly redeemed themselves :

Family went to dinner ordered the pasta when it came it was stone cold everyone was cold sent it back to heat it then when it came back it was half cold portions very small never going back

My family went to the Sarnia site for a birthday dinner. Service was great. How the price? I added chicken to my pasta. I had 5 bites. My daughter added her chicken, she found 3 bites. What's going on? Don't pay... to add it to your meal.

I'm shocked tonight and so upset by my experience. My mom and I went to dinner. I started with a glass of wine, ordered and enjoyed appetizers and after my main course I asked a second glass. Then with my dessert and 2.5... Hours after arrival I ordered a 3. Glass wine and waitress refused to serve me! My mother made it clear that she's driving, not me. I was in no way rude. The waitress said it was her right to refuse, and the crib supported her. I've never been so insulted, judged so wrong! Never again! Thanks Susie (the waitress) for a terrible end of an otherwise beautiful evening...
