I 've been a jazz fan since I was in 4th grade when I got to see Chuck Mangione play the flugel horn; his tour, Give it all you got was a life changer. I became a photographer since then; I have shot with Chick Corea, Branford Marsalis, and many other musicians who have changed my life. I got to meet Roland over the weekend; I was shooting photo stills and video. I have never met a person like Roland: he 's so into the music; the memories; I wanted to cry listening to his personal experiences over the last 25 years. I got to record his memories. I was amazing. Thank you Roland for your passion.

To my surprise, he resold my package and only offered to return a little over $700 from the total cost of $1,857. While I understood that my inability to attend was my responsibility, I found it troubling that the promoter contacted me three times, assuring me that a check was on the way, with claims made on October 28, November 8, and finally November 13. Each time, he reiterated that the check was "in the mail," but it never arrived. Despite my efforts to resolve this situation, the response was always the same: "the check is in the mail." At this point, I have lost faith in the process and doubt I will ever receive a refund. This experience reflects poorly on the promoter's character and raises concerns about the overall integrity of the event, akin to other troubling incidents, like the recent event involving Travis Scott that resulted in injuries and loss of life. It seems that promoters like this prioritize profit over the well-being of the fans who support the artists and the events. I will share my experience and, upon request, provide the three emails stating the check was on its way, which only serve to highlight the promoter's lack of business ethics. As a member of the global jazz community, I regularly attend events both in the United States and internationally, such as the Newport Jazz Festival and the San Jose Jazz Festival. I will be communicating my concerns about Brevard Music Group's customer service policies to others in the community.
This company has been organizing live music concerts for more than 25 years and is especially recognized for its smooth jazz and contemporary jazz performances. The owner, Roland, is highly regarded in the industry for his honesty and fairness, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels welcome and has an enjoyable experience at the events.
