Írjon visszajelzéstWe came from Chelabinsk to the beautiful city of Satka, our journey was just fine, but unfortunately, the Aquare Café ruined our day. There were two big companies in the room, one waitress, and she's probably a bartender and a cook, because another is our long-term expectation impossible to justify. We were a small company of four people, our order consisted of burger, rolls, Caesar salad, coke, ice cream and tea. Only 20 minutes later, we got a coke in the bottles of the refrigerator in her 20 steps from us and tea. Then there was a long wait for the order. In an hour and ten minutes, the salad was brought, and then the ice cream, which somehow tasted meat, was probably in the same refrigerator. Then, 15 minutes later, the rolls arrived, but unfortunately, our long-term expectation did not satisfy the hope of having a good dinner, because they brought us a plate instead of Vasiabi, but tastes like wet paper, and rice just warmed up after very long storage. After five more minutes, we got a burger, if you could call him that, and all because there were cottages, like in the school cafeteria, it was impossible to eat, everything is understandable, but at such a price, you could have cooked a masterpiece, not a bottle of ketchup and canteens. Since we were a big company, we needed a separate check, but she didn't ask what kind of check we needed, and she said, "I had to warn you." We're very dissatisfied with the maintenance and taste of food. I do not recommend this institution. I hope it was the only negative moment in our journey, because the city is amazing, not to mention the nature and people living in this place:
The waitress brought us the menu, we chose sushi, and she told us they were unavailable. Then, we couldn’t get her attention for about ten minutes. When I finally got up to check on the kitchen, I found her packing takeout orders. When I asked her to come over to take our order, her response was, “Do I have to drop everything?” When she finally approached us, it turned out that half of the dishes we wanted were simply unavailable. We asked what items they actually had from the menu, and she didn’t even know. I ordered a Caesar salad, which also didn’t have tomatoes, and the Tom Yum soup was missing ingredients too. The waitress seemed unhappy, and now I have no desire to return. We pay for a full dish, but end up getting only half of what we expected. Management, please take note!
"I forgot to wear my glasses, so I'm giving it 1 star."
I found a hair in my pizza, and now I have a phobia of ready-made food from pizzerias.
We ordered pizza and asked for hot water in a kettle since we had our own tea. As a result, the cafe's manager, Ivan, called us and said that we would be charged 200 rubles for their tea. I requested a contact number to clarify the situation, but the person seemed reluctant to provide hot water and ended the call. In other restaurants, hot water is usually provided for free. This place is terrible. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
