Applebee's - Saugus

I had a great experience at this restaurant, enjoying both the food and the service. I ordered the Prime Rib Dipper Sandwich, which was delicious! For dessert, I had a triple chocolate treat—though I can’t recall its exact name, I’m sure you’ll recognize it. Our server, Destiny, was friendly and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely dinner. Plus, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. As someone with OCD, I don't often use public restrooms, but I found this one to be a pleasant experience.

Had lunch there on a weekday at 1or2. Nothing but a 5 star. Bartender was attentive and noticed that we were waiting for something while waiting for my steak, he offered chips and diving. The staff was busy cleaning glasses before us, which shows that they have a good team there. The food was great. I have steak and potatoes. Extremely clean, which is my biggest thing and great attention for this time of the day. Definitely will go back to these Applebees. My first time in an Applebees

I took my son out for a casual suburban dining experience, and I ended up with a much better impression of the place than I expected. I ordered two steak dinners, an appetizer, and dessert, all for under $30. The portions could use some improvement (the rice was a bit dry and there were bits of cartilage in the boneless offerings), but overall, it was a fantastic value for the price. This place really exceeded my low expectations—take that, Applebee's!

What a nice waitress we had so excellent and friendly... checked for us enough, but not much... and in the end had a nice conversation and the food was great! So loved the dinner we have! Love to have a variety of foods such as potatoes, broccoli and meat! Yum! And the shrimps were great as if it just got off the grill! And my drink was specially made for me on one of their drinks! Everyone was great today and I loved everything about our visit!

The servers are friendly, and the food is delicious. The establishment is always clean, and they have plenty of space for larger families.
