Charleys Philly Steaks - Saugus

I have ordered from this restaurant approximately four times, and only the first time was my order accepted. Every other time, my food arrived very late via Uber Eats. I am now finished with this establishment.

One thing that Imma does well is serving delicious Philly cheese steaks. It's a great option for a quick snack.

Worst customer service experience ever. The server gave us the wrong sandwich, and when we politely pointed it out, he became irate and threw the sandwich in the trash. He spoke in a different language, complained, and made us a new sandwich with a bad attitude. Very unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as I was extremely dissatisfied with the service.

He threw the sandwich in the trash and kept talking in a different language complaining, he was making us a new sandwich with an attitude, very unprofessional, I wouldn't come back here. Not happy with the service at all!

I really liked the food, but its overpriced and it's not the best food in the world. It's a quick bite to eat then getting back to shopping. The staff was rushing, and it was only two people working that day.
