Lam's Chinese American - Saukville

I've always enjoyed the food at Lam's. However, I urge you to improve your website so that all reviews are accessible. Currently, I can only see the negative single-star review from a user named No-Name MenuPix, which doesn't accurately represent my experiences over the many years I've dined here.

Terrible restaurant! It was decent in the fall, but last night I ordered the lobster Cantonese for $24.00 and it was awful. It couldn’t have been the same elderly lady cooking because this dish was terrible. It was overly salty, and I suspect the lobster was actually langoustines—really red and definitely not fresh. The sauce had a jelly-like consistency with no egg or ground pork, just pure jelly! The lobster was tough and impossible to cut. They even offered us a $5 discount, but what is that supposed to do? We refused to pay for it!

The food is incredible!
