Freighters - Sault Ste. Marie

This was my first visit, and it was fantastic! We had a great table with a view of the castles. We ordered spaghetti and a chicken penne pasta dish, both of which were delicious! Our server, Todd, handled some food allergy issues like a pro. He double-checked a few times to ensure there would be no problems, which I really appreciated. It’s not something you see every day!

The waitress was extremely pleasant and very attentive. Our dinners were fantastic—my daughter said the food was excellent!

My wife and I ordered steaks at this restaurant, and they were absolutely delicious! The sous vide sirloin was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned. The view of the castles is magnificent, making this a delightful place to dine. We will definitely be back soon!

The food was pretty good. My BLT had so much butter on the bread that it almost cost rancid. The restaurant was nice, but we had to go to three different entrances to find a wheelchair accessible! The jambalaya soup was wow good, but make sure when she says it's a little sharp

Service was slow even though there was only one other party eating. Menu wasn't labeled saying that certain food items were only available for dinner, when told the server just laughed and said that happens a lot. So why not change the menu ? It was a nice restaurant and prices were a little high and not a lot to choose from.
