Arby's - Savannah

The Arby's is under new management, and it is very clean inside and the staff are very friendly. Hopefully I will work there in a few days....

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Arby's. But tonight I thought I would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE! This is the worse Arby's in Georgia. The customer service sucks long wait time at menu board no response and then when they do respond they sound half dead. Waited forever paid waited forever then food was sloppy out of big bags out of fry containers...... food was horrible chicken was like rubber as much as Arby's charges this food should always taste good!!! No salt on fries

This place was very dirty and in desperate need for a broom and mop in the main lobby. If the lobby looks like that, I would hate to see what it looks like in the back where customers can't see. The drink station had a huge mess, liquid was all over the counter. The food was okay. My fries were hard and not really warm. The cashier was on her phone the entire time I was placing my order. She had to ask me several times to repeat my order because she wasn't paying attention to me.

Went to drive thru on 11/14/22 at 6:50 pm.Waited 10 minutes no one said anything. I left and went to Arby's in Pooler and got excellent service at their drive thru.

Worst Arby's customer service ever! Waiting at the drive thru order window for 15 minutes and I keep getting told to hold on while the employees are inside arguing then outside arguing and smoking.... no cars infront of me and 7 cars behind me. Completely unprofessional. 35 minute wait in total so if I could give this place negative stars I would
