New Ming Garden - Savannah

Where's the beef?? There were just a few small pieces on a mountain of rice, probably to make it look appealing. I ordered the pepper steak with onions, but I was disappointed. What they served was essentially fried rice with just a few bits of beef!

I order from this place every time I stay in Savannah. The food is quite good. I’m from the DC area, and this restaurant really captures that distinct East Coast style. My go-to order is the lemon pepper wings with mandarin fried rice, along with one egg roll and one shrimp roll. It never lets me down!

The staff was friendly and prompt, despite being busy. The food was delicious, which explained their high volume of customers.

Eating is brilliant, atmosphere not so much. The price is also pleasant.

This place is probably one of the best, I've tasted on Montgomery's West Side. I usually visit about twice a month. I normally get the mandarin rice. It has changed in the quantity of meat, especially shrimp. As for flavor same great taste. The container size is smaller for the medium but things cost more for everyone! You'll enjoy it! ?
