Village Takeaway - SAWTELL

I absolutely love this restaurant! Every time it's mentioned, I immediately think of how delicious the food is. It's affordable, close to me, has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, gluten-free options, and it's open on weekends too! My favorite dish is their fish burgers. Whether you're looking to end a perfect day or turn around a bad one, stop by for a meal in the restaurant or take it to go. I highly recommend it.

Presentation excellent and the chips were spot on. Burgers were large but my wife and I both commented afterwards that they could have had a bit more flavour. Nice and we would go back, but with a little extra flavour these would be next level.

Great news, most of their burgers can be made gluten-free. However, their chips, which used to be gluten-free, are unfortunately not anymore. Be careful not to be caught out! Currently, they only have one vegan option, which is not very exciting. Nevertheless, this place offers the best burgers in Sawtell for takeout, and you can enjoy them while sitting up on the headland, which is just around the corner.

I had an amazing burger at this restaurant, and the staff were very accommodating to my dietary needs. It can be difficult to find gluten-free options in Sawtell, but this place really caters to those with Coeliac disease. Burgers are not something I get to enjoy often, so I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious Australian cuisine for breakfast or lunch.

Yum!!! Loads of great burger options! It was really delicious and you can basically create what you want! Portion sizes are great and prices are reasonable. Loved it!
