Allstar Wings Ribs - Scarborough

Service was horrendous. Our servers name was Alyssa and she clearly lacked any sort of training. First of all we didn’t have any menus for a good 10/15 minutes. It took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive and once it had, there was a fly in one. Which then took another 10 or 15 to replace which was insane because the restaurant was basically empty at this time. She asked from the beginning if the bills would be separate and we had said yes. One person asked for their bill before any food had come out yet just because she was in a rush to leave and our server STRUGGLED to separate bills and even had us separate everything for her on the paper for her. Our friend who had asked for her bill still never got it up to this point and had only ordered 2 things. At the end of it someone else ended up taking her bill as the server just wasn’t organized. Now back to the service part. The other girl working in the dining room area had dropped off the food and everything was in takeout containers even though only 1 person specified their order was for takeout and all in one bag. When the other girl working had dropped off the food she was VERY quick to run away right after even as we were very clearly speaking to her. The whole experience left us in shock as we have been going to all stars for years and have never had such a bad, disorganized, slow and confused server.

Wow, I went in thinking this'd just be another restaurant, but it blew me away! The wings were superb, and so too were the crispy fries and succulent ice cream. Meals took a bit to come, but thanks to the TV in each booth, and the friends I came along with, the wait was absolutely worth it for such great food. My expectations were blown away, and I'll certainly be coming back for some extra hot All-Star bites!Dietary restrictions: The wing menu accommodates gluten and dairy free options, among other things.

Food was disgusting. The wings were all batter and barely chicken and sooo salty. We didn’t even eat them all. The Long Island ice tea was premix from a bottle didn’t even taste like it had liquor. Glasses were filthy. The place looks old and dirty and grungy. This location has gone completely down in quality. Terrible would never go again
