PIZZA HUT - Scarborough

If anyone see this review, just don't waste your money and choose other location. you'll appreciated it

Had Pizza Hut Scarborough yesterday for our Mother's Day dinner! We ordered their Triple Treat Box which includes.. 2 Pizzas, Boneless Chicken Bites, Bread sticks, and Mini Cinnamon Buns from Cinnabon! Everything was tasty!! Thanks Pizza Hut Scarborough!!! ???

This is my second time physically ordering in store. My first time the staff didn't accept my order as the store was busy. This time I planned my visit so I was success in ordering. Both visits, the staffs suggested ordering online instead. In terms of favours, the pizza toppings are bittered and burned. The dough is fluffy and favour is OK.

Got a hair cut, when i got out, the owner was receiving ingredients being delivered. had to wait 25 minutes to be able to leave the parking spot they blocked me from. while they were delivering i asked how long and if they could move the truck as i had to leave. But the owner told me to be patient you f wasted my time while you got paid hourly, you can go suck my nuts if you think im impatient when youre both getting paid wasting my time. Next time move your truck so cars can leave. OR F PARK WHERE YOU BLOCK NO CARS AND WALK FURTHER TO DELIVER YOU IMBICILES.

Received an email after my last online order and was asked to fill out a survey to receive a BOGO coupon towards my next in-store order. Filled out the survey and got my code, no mention of any terms or expiration so I thought I could just hold on to it for a rainy day.The night before catching a flight I thought to finally use my coupon to treat some friends and I went in-store to place my order.The cashier had no idea what I was talking about so she had to ask someone else. The lady who came to talk to me about my coupon said it 's expired since it 's been more than 2 weeks in a rude tone and then proceeded to walk off without even trying my code. I had explained that it was from an online survey that made no mention of any expiration and not from the surveys on their receipts (which I assume is different since the websites aren 't the same). I decided to place an order anyways and asked could we at least try the code to see if works, and was rudely told "Nope, I can 't try. "2 stars because at least the pizza came out nice, but poor and questionable customer service.Parking: Plenty of parking available as location is inside a plaza.
