Great place for coffee or a meal event! fab view over the fledermaus to scarborough burg and harbour

Had day outside with a view of the beautiful calm sea. great value for money, friendly efficient staff and high quality beer. really enjoyed.

Helpful friendly staff good menu at reasonable prices and dog friendly.

This is the perfect spot for anyone who wants to watch the waves at high tide. The architecture of the building is impressive, but the beach huts at the southern end of the bay are a bit disappointing. I would love to purchase one of those huts! There's also a beautiful view of Scarborough Castle from this location, facing the end of South Bay.

We had a meal there on Saturday 6th March 2022, before going to see Dr Hook. The food was great, big portions and the staff, so very, very helpful even though they were busy. There were no tables left for dining (all reserved), so they brought tables in form outside for us. It is a pity there is not a venue like this in every town. I would highly recommend.
