Bibibop Asian Grill - Schaumburg

My wife and used to love coming here. The last time was not a good experience. The food was pretty good, but the service was pretty bad. We usually ask for cup of water to drink. We were told that they stopped giving out free cup of water. You would have to purchase one of their soda beverage in order to get a drink. We had stopped coming here ever since. They lost regular customer by making poor decisions of trying to save every penny.

I really like this place! Delicious and healthy foods, so many flexible options and reasonable prices.

Can't go wrong with a bowl from here. Healthy food and plenty of toppings to choose from. Would recommend the spicy chicken and yum yum sauce.

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years now!Everything was fine.About 5 months ago they started giving less and less of the amount of the meat, vegetables etc but the price is the same.Julian at least that's what name he gave me today Thursday December 22nd 2022 at 1:15 pm the menager of the Schaumburg spot is very unprofessional,very arrogant. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN and he should be fired from his position immediately!!!!!

I always love coming to Bibibop, especially as a celiac with dairy intolerance.
