Chill Bubble Tea - Schaumburg

If you’re wanting authentic boba I wouldn’t recommend here. If you’re vegan I also wouldn’t suggest here. They said most of it is made with a lactose free mix but still has milk so it’s not vegan. And the vegan options didn’t have any caffeine.

It was a long line but it was totally worth it! The bubble tea was the best I’ve had in a while. I loved it!

This place was suppose to be open at 10am and at 10:22 nobody was there. I wanted to get boba for a friend's birthday and it said closed. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back and we went somewhere else.

There’s no cotton candy i’ve been here 3 times spread out between months and they never have cotton candy why don’t they just white it out?? literally been like a year and they still don’t have cotton candy. why keep it up on ur menu for so long not to mention the line is long so after waiting for so long you get your hopes up. AWFUL.

I asked for milk tea with extra boba. They made it frozen so I asked then to remake it iced like I asked for and they ended up remaking with ice but now no extra boba. Like really ?
