Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I had the best experience with Red Robin. They gave me a free meal for my birthday. I ordered a Turkish burger and pommes. It was the absolute best turkeyburger I ever had. I didn't even know they sold turkeyburgers, let alone that it would be so good!!! I don't eat beef or pork so I can find a restaurant selling a turkeyburger is great for me. The manager Scott was so gracious and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend checking out Red Robin and trying the turkeyburger. Every time I think I want a turkeyburger and I don't want to make it home... Red Robin is where I will get it!!!

They open at 11 it?s 11:05 and it still wasn?t open. If they have poor time management skills I can?t even imagine how long the food will take. Managers clearly saw people trying to come in but they just ignored everyone and tried to keep themselves busy by the bar. Everyone ended up leaving! Don?t waste your money here

Reason for not giving 5 stars , they had lot of empty tables left but they did not open them , Waiting period was almost 1 hour on last Saturday night. Not sure whether they have staffing issues.Awesome Burgers and Sides. Tried grilled chicken and veggie burgers which was really good. Also the sides were excellent. Service was fantastic. Keep it up guys !!!

Waiting time 15 mins because they were short on stuff. Works for me, I need some time to review the menu. Compliant with all Covid rules. Ordered soup and a burger. Burger was delicious, so rich in flavor! Waitress checked on us few times. Everything was ok.

Always good food woth fresh and tasty ingredients. I had the Whiskey River BBQ chicken wrap.
