Wendy's - Schaumburg

The service wasn't the fastest. I had been there before, but I don't plan to return.

Great quality food at a reasonable price. Currently, the dining room is only open from 11 AM to 2 PM, though I can't recall the exact details on the sign. The staff is friendly and extremely apologetic for a mistake that occurred during my visit.

Maria provided a disappointing experience during my visit. Initially, I asked her a question, and she informed me that she was speaking with another manager, which left me waiting. When she returned to the phone, she said the manager wasn't available and then hung up on me, refusing to answer my calls afterward. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It seems like these Wendy's locations are more focused on profits than on serving their customers properly.

It was a normal Wendy's except I couldn't walk in on a Sunday night at about 8pm. I had to get my car and drive through.

My son went to this location today. When he got home I opened my taco salad and it was the worst taco salad ever. I understand things are tough, but come on…First There was NO chipsSecond the chili looked like it was watered downThird the chili was Luke warm at best.Fourth the gave me a spoon NO fork… how do you eat lettuce with a spoonFifth only one package of sour cream. All other locations give you 2.Sixth the salad part was the skimpiest salad I’ve ever gotten at Wendy’s.I’ll never go to this location again and if I do, I’ll make sure the food is better than what we got today before I leave the store.
