The first 2 statements canceled each other out and the 3rd attempt ignored the first 2 letters and indirectly told the customer that you were unlucky and you just have to wait. Incidentally, the product is still being sold with incorrect delivery times. Customer service has been a disaster for me so far for so much money. Unfortunately only by email and again and again from the beginning. Thank you dear Höffner team for this
I 'm really really disappointed! We have a customer card, but the colleague at the checkout refused to scan this card. She pointed out that the name was already on the collection slip for the goods issue and therefore the card was already recorded. Unfortunately this was not the case! The colleague who issued the collection slip for the goods issue simply said that “customer details” didn’t matter, “any name” was enough for him. He didn 't want to assign the pickup slip to us as Bestends customers because this wasn 't necessary! Is this the desired way of dealing with your customers? We were in your house a few days ago and were very disappointed by the extremely snippy advice. We still went back to buy from you and were also disappointed! Although it was “only” €141, this entire procedure is still very, very annoying.
Top work as a salesman, advice, to sale at Mr Pommerening. Afterwards a very polite and competent contact person at the checkout with Frau Schmidt. All in all a super furniture house. Very clean and tidy. It's just to recommend. I'll like to come back to Schönefeld to Furniture Höffner.
Good furniture store, in promotions you can make good bargains. Our salesman was top.
