This McDonald’s always screws up my order for one reason or another. Every occasion I’ve been here something goes wrong. Every time I’ve been to get a soft serve, the machine is either broken or I’ve been given half melted soft serves. I have had burgers missing from my orders. Today I ordered a meal through drive through and was asked to wait in the waiting bay. I was the only car in the waiting bay for 15 minutes. I had to go inside and ask what was taking so long, and they said they had forgotten my order. They then gave me my meal which by that time was already cold and soggy. I can understand a one-off of things going wrong, but this particular McDonalds consistently sucks
