Today, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I went in at night to order 3 subs, but the employee working was very verbally aggressive and difficult when taking my order. I couldn't believe his behavior, he seemed like he didn't want to be there. The owner needs to be aware of this disgusting behavior. He was so rude that I couldn't even complete my purchase and ended up leaving without my order. He refused to make the subs I asked for and instead rushed to complete my order even though there was no line. He made the wrong subs and when I asked politely for the correct ones, he became verbally offensive. It was a crazy experience and I can't believe I had to go through it. I live in the area, but I will be going to a different location in the future and will not be returning to this one.
