Italiaans La Grotta Schoorl

De beste Italiaanse pizza's die ik ooit heb gegeten. Zeker de moeite waard om naartoe te gaan.

Looking for a pizza while in Schoorl For work. Originally was going to simply go to 'trefpunt but was reminded we had not tried this location as of yet. 31 different pizza options should hit almost any type of hunger. I went with the Bergen (tomato sauce, mozzarella. Pesto, bacon and rocket while my colleague had the Groet (every meat you can think of : Both were very good. Thin crust with very good flavor. Started with soups (fish soup was reported to be fantastic while the minestrone was ok . House wine was acceptable. I 'd say a good spot to stop by if you are hungry for some Italian while in schoorl

Very fast service, but not comfortable. Received an invoice without a payment request. We were less than 50 minutes for 4 main courses in the restaurant. The table should be free again as soon as possible. The pizzas were okay on average, the two pasta dishes weren't that tasty. No drinks menu, therefore no transparency with the prices. Drinks promptly too expensive. 4 drinks, 2 simple pizzas with rocket and parmesan 2x lasagne for over 70 euros too expensive. Ok for a one-time visit on holiday, but would definitely not become a regular restaurant at home.
