The only disrespect we encountered was from the staff towards us as customers, starting from the moment I placed the order until I picked it up. It’s not our fault that you got offended when my husband pointed out the old, hard garlic powder on display for customers. The way you address your customers reflects why your establishment is often empty. We are more than willing to take our business elsewhere. Yes, the pizza was hard, cold, and stale, and I doubt it became that way in just five minutes after I picked it up, especially since I live only five minutes away (which was the only reason I ordered from you for convenience). I would rather drive further for pizza than deal with such poor and rude customer service. The inaccuracies in your responses are to be expected, especially here, but as customers, we work hard for our money and don’t want to spend it somewhere we feel undervalued and disrespected. Your poor customer service began the moment I placed my order over the phone. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve faced this issue. While we do support local businesses, we cannot tolerate poor customer service. Again, we will gladly take our business elsewhere and wish you and your establishment well. Thank you.
