Church's Texas Chicken - Scott

That was one of the worst food experiences I ever had. The commander for the drive thru was extremely rude, as far as I shouted, because I did not read the board when what I was looking for was not on it. The chicken was burned, the Coleslaw was sour, and the big potato was half filled. I will not return

No one answered the telecom. I drove around and the employees were Standing around talking and never attempted to take my order.

The chicken is good as long as that older black lady is there. I went tonight, waited 30 minutes for some NASTY chicken ? it was not cooked right ?

Need to correct their hours. Showing open at 10 PM on Monday on internet. Arrived briefly before 9 PM. Closed... employee looking through the window like it's so funny.

Customer service was horrible!! The lady was an older lady she was extremely dry when taking my order, I asked if they had a 6 piece she said a dry ?no? I asked if they had a 5 piece she said a dry ?no? instead of telling me what they do have! She had the biggest attitude and sounded like she did not wanna be to work!! She did not speak to me when I drove up to the window and I had to stretch my arm so far to even give her my card and get it and my food back, she didn?t try to reach out her arm at all! This makes me want to never go to that location again. Not to mention they?re suppose to close at 10, I pulled up at 9:30 a couple nights before and they were closed!
