Írjon visszajelzéstI've been eating at Popeyes for 40 years, and this place in Scott, LA just served me the worst food I ever had from that franchise. There was no line on the ride through a few minutes before 6:00, which I thought was strange during the peak meal. That would have been a hint. I ordered a 2pc dark spicy with frits and one side of red beans and rice. When I drove away, the box opened to mix on the pommes. They were cold. Not even warm. I've been thinking more and more about the hot pommes being in there somewhere. Don't. Then I found the leg and took a bite. Hot, but disgusting. chalk over boiled, not crispy and zero season. I mean zero! Worst fried chicken I've ever had in my mouth. I came home and opened the red beans and rice. Sad to say that the cup wasn't half full. See the picture I have included. The owner of this place has no control over the quality and preparation of its products. The franchise or company headquarters should shut off this location! Maybe you ask why not I go back and ask them to do it right. If this is what the staff produces, I would be afraid to receive high-quality food after complaining. I also received my reception.
Hot, fresh and lots of taste. Exactly the type of reliability you are looking for when you stop on a road. Friendly service kept waiting time at home the counter to a minimum. The beverage fountain was not well calibrated and left it a little flat. The cookies were a tad overdone for my preference, but still pleasant.
The fountain drinks were not properly mixed. It took 20 minutes for our food to arrive, and they initially gave us the wrong order. The tea also tasted stale.
The drive thru employee was very rude and barely let me finish my order. I ordered a root beer and was given a dr pepper, not a big deal but when I arrived home I realized that I did not get the correct sides for my meals, and I did not get the sauces OR my dessert (that I paid for) oh...and I ordered spicy, not mild chicken that tasted a day old. Won't be going back there unless I'm starving to death
I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat chicken, all dark, with a large side of fries and a small cold drink. I was told to move forward while they cooked the fries, which was fine. However, when I finally got my order, I received a big box of cold fries, even after waiting, and I also got mixed pieces of chicken instead of just dark meat. If my grandchildren hadn't been hungry and I hadn't already gotten home, I would have returned everything. I just want what I ordered, not what you think I should have. Shaking my head.
