Wonderful experience. good choice of options and owners willing to mix and fit elements in the menu. eating was well prepared and offers a good selection of ethical decisions. the taste can be ordered to taste (mild, medium, etc., and the personal was attentive to making the experience perfect. this is a 5-star restaurant, not but worth the ride, cozy, great for business meetings, first date or just friends. I will enjoy this ethnic cuisine in the near future.
The vegetables were delicious, however, the injera was much thicker than what we had at an Ethiopian restaurant in Tucson. My son noticed this as a trend, possibly for quicker or easier preparation, but we all agreed that thinner, lighter injera is preferable. The owner was attentive, checking in with us during the meal and again as we were leaving.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. They offer a great variety of options and the owners are willing to customize items on the menu. The food was delicious and they have a good selection of ethical choices. You can choose the level of spiciness for your dishes (mild, medium, etc.) and the staff is attentive to ensure a perfect experience. This restaurant definitely deserves a 5-star rating. It's a bit of a journey to get there, but it's worth it. The atmosphere is cozy and it's a great spot for business meetings, first dates, or just catching up with friends. I can't wait to enjoy this ethnic cuisine again soon.
