All the boys working came out and helped me push it to a safe place where I got it started again. I love my local MslcDonalds!
Made one special request (no sauce on the sandwich) but my sandwich came with lots. Normally I wouldn't bother with a review, but this has happened more than a few times at this location and now I think it's worth noting. The staff working the drive-thru windows were kind.
Order breakfast at 10:16am. Arrive at 10:30am to learn my order canceled. When I show proof of timing, will not reinstate order. As I request a manager to understand what went wrong, kid yells out she wants a f 'ing (using whole word) manager. Was the language necessary? Manager comes and also refuses my order. Says I ordered at 10:30am and they stopped serving breakfast. Show her app of order placement and acknowledged. I now request partnership number to lodge complaint. As I leave, pock marked face girl at 2 window calls me a f 'ing **** . When I approach the window after her insult, I 'm told to respect their staff while pick marked face girl hides. If you want to throw your mouth, best be prepared to answer for it. Not lovin it. Whack. Ownership phone is408 8473589The ownership (Jan) is in Gilroy. Won 't go back there. Hostile.
Ordered my food with the App ahead of time. Food was ready when I arrived. The staff did a great job toasting the muffin. Other locations under toast it and Scotts Valley location made it perfectly. It was hot and cheese was melting. Exactly how its supposed to be. ??????
Had an order go here by accident even though I had selected another location. I called to cancel it and they let me know that they can’t cancel the charge so I have to come in for the refund. Unfortunately I did not get his name but I have the transaction ID and proof on my credit card account. When I finally go in to speak to someone in person, the woman has no idea what I’m asking about. She should’ve asked herManager but instead just stares at me blankly acting like this has never happened before.I don’t understand why McDonalds doesn’t have a way to get a refund.
