Surf City Coffee - Scotts Valley

One of the best discoveries of our trip! This charming coffee spot is a gem! The Beachbum drink is a must-try—it's absolutely amazing and delicious! It puts every Starbucks latte I've ever had to shame! I just wish we had a place like this in Florida! I will definitely return whenever I'm back in town!

I enjoyed the coffee and breakfast offerings at this restaurant. I had the egg and cheese croissant along with bagels topped with cream cheese and jam. Everything was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. Overall, a great experience!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the decor is really fun! Even though the interior was closed, I still admired the effort put into creating such a cozy atmosphere. The crème brûlée coffee has a smooth coffee flavor with just the right touch of sweetness—not too overpowering. The iced chai was both sweet and spicy, with the perfect amount of milk. And the pastry, “Kelly’s Bear Claw,” was sweet, fluffy, and indulgent! The cashier, Seung, even warmed it up for us! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return when the dining room is open!

Adorable small shop with a sweet pair that leads the place. One makes killer sandwiches and the other makes killer coffee! Good. I always get a dirty Mocha Chai and she makes it so good! And my sandwich is always a ham, egg and cheese in English muffin, but I hear from a colleague that her bagels are also fantastic. Enjoy and drink well! You deserve it!
