Arby's - Scottsbluff

I received my food promptly at the drive-thru window, and the woman working there was friendly and pleasant. Everything was exactly how it should have been.

If you ask for extra sauce, be prepared to receive two sauce packets! This has happened to me twice now. Arby's, please do better!

I need to update my review. Yesterday, on 7/25/23, I went to this restaurant to have lunch with my mom. We both ordered beef and cheddar sandwiches. I took the leftovers home and decided to heat up a sandwich later. To my surprise, I found a dead fly on the bottom bun. Initially, I thought it was a burnt piece of curly fry until I saw the wings. I had to throw the sandwich away immediately.

No greeting, hearing the workers speaking profanity while trying to enjoy our meal. Sizes sold are given smaller than any other arbys I've ever been to, considering I eat my beef and cheddar 2-3 times a week, it's not hard to tell (meaning you'll pay for a large, but get a medium with them claiming that's THEIR size, but if you ask for the smaller the claim they don't have it, do just wanting to charge more than they should). Was literally laughed at when I voiced my concern.
