Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I got a Cobb salad. It only had about a fourth as much chicken as the salads I have had there before. They also quit having 1000 Island dressing.

I got the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, they were very yummy and filling, service was quick maybe 5 minutes, the atmosphere was homey.

Stopped in from out of town. Ordered chicken and fries. It was 30 minutes after opening and the food was cold, chicken was really really tough, fries were extremely soggy, and the Texas toast was cold and soggy. Not like lukewarm but cold. Ate a few pieces because maybe it was just a piece, not at all the whole meal. Really really disappointing. Everything should be hot and fresh when you open or that makes people believe it was leftover

I must be on a streak of bad experiences lately and I truly hate complaining. We live in the south, tea is a staple. But, this is the third time I've visited this particular Zaxby's and each time NO TEA. In fact, they were out of a number of things, including condiments and .today the chicken was dry and overcooked. The sad part is that the restaurant was nearly empty which makes it quiet, but a Zaxby's is normally bustling at this hour.

I've never had an order be right here, including replacements.
