Baskin-robbins - Scottsdale

I don't know what with the previous review, but this place always has friendly staff who are quick to solve your order. Ordered several large cakes from this location and everything is always excellent. The only tip is always order your cake with some time, only in case you need it to be fixed. I haven't run into this problem yet, but this allows the staff to see what they can do to fix your order. Love my mint chocolate cake here!!!

Great service on the phone! We will soon be enjoying a delicious ice cream cake we ordered. Staff is always bubbly and happy! Also a great place to pop in and enjoy a nice sweet treat!

We ordered a construction themed birthday cake for my kids and Baskin Robbins did a really great job at it. We just told them the theme was construction and they did all the decorations on the cake without any instructions and we loved it. Thank you so much Baskin Robbins team for not disappointing us and the kids loved the cake. Great Job!!!

Daughters own is super nice. Very helpful with ordering a cake. Even got the flavor we wanted. And this location has 44 flavors to choose from So its the bomb. Hit it up.

I had a wonderful experience tonight, thanks to the excellent service from two staff members (sorry, I didn't catch their names) and the delicious desserts! The restaurant was very clean, and I can't wait to come back!
