Ironwood American Kitchen At The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

1. In Scottsdale, AZ for a trip with the man's company. We came around noon, not completely done, so we decided to go on and eat lunch and they would write us when it was done. Ironwood is only 1 of many in this huge property, but only 2 were open at this hour. Beautifully decorated, open seats available inside or outside. We had starters of Hummus, and it was delicious Both chose the Grilled Chicken Club with the side of Ceasar Salat. Our mistake was the order 2. We would have shared one since it was a whole chicken breast. Very tasteful and the pickles are great!

A beautiful open air restaurant! Breakfast was delicious, I had the local Omelette with fruit, and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. I'm looking forward to lunch!

The Chicken Cavatelli is a radiance of taste with satisfactory texture. The burger was just fine and not worth the price. Christmas day Brunch were basically the same articles, but very tasty. The Whipped Yogurt Parfait and Brulee'd Oatmeal were some of my personal favorites, along with the juice of the day. At $30 per person it's a little expensive.

This is the first time I went here Post Covid, they changed it into a counterfeit, but the server (Chandra) reminded me and my love for ice tea. She recommended the curry dish that was just amazing. I'll be back to try more about the new menu.

The service is world class. Attentive and eager to serve without getting in the way. The food is membrane, being well seasoned and cooked to perfection.
