Mcdonald's - Scottsdale

Imagine having a McDonald's experience so bad that you feel compelled to write a 1 star review even though you already expect mcds to suck?

This location is pretty great. It's very clean inside, including the bathroom. Food is good and the staff is friendly. What more could you want from a McDonald's?

This was my worst experience yet. They are slower than Eve, made my coffee drink incorrectly, overcharged me on my order and gave us spoiled milk with the happy meal. BAD!

Now, it's a mcdonald's, so, not the worst waiting for someone who accepts my order that I had with other mcdonald's, so it was quite pleasant. the bathroom was also clean. I guess this place was worth it. Food: 5/5

Absolutely terrible experience. my father, who is 82, was thrilled to get a double quarter with cheese for him and his grandson and mine. not only have the order made and singles made and they have double charged. then he called to tell the manager who did not shut her mouth and listened and continued to talk about him. the fries were soggy and the service is terrible. this manager has no idea how to make customer service. she was so rude that I just called a company and complained about what I will certainly not hear again. I am third generation from the neighboring and will never return there again. ps every time I go there and order an ice cone, they always put their fingers on the cone. this is a badly trained crew and the company has to wake up. I know it's busy now, but that changes quickly with bad service.
