Had an event where we expected 16 people for a birthday party. He hoped to work with the staff to provide the best possible structure for our group. I felt like they were inflexible when looking at customer service solutions to make the event better than it was. In the end, the event was good as our server and food was good, though extremely expensive. Had a little more thought out of the box and hoped to engage in customer service instead of standard responses where they seemed to be brought out from other ideas.

Our Sunday brunch had mixed emotions. The food was delicious, great flavors, and very fresh. There were a few misses and incorrect information on their website. The price stated online was considerably less than what the price is when you arrive. That should be address immediately. Also, stating that a tip is automatically added should be mentioned. Lastly, when we arrived at the table it was was not clean and the floor underneath was very soiled. At this price, the overall cleanliness should be top notch. 3 stars this time.

Maybe we sat out there. It took 40 minutes to get chips and salsa and in 40 minutes our server did not even confirm. When would servers finally get the salsa in front of us, he said that the chips would be right out. Then we had to hunt chips after waiting for another time. Tables around us who have ordered after us received their entrees while waiting for a simple basket of chips. We work in a luxury resort property and would have expected a better service from this property. I understand and frankly give more Leeway than the typical person when it comes to food service, but that was just a total miss.
