Salad And Go - Scottsdale

First time trying at the suggestion of one of my co-workers. Not too bad but not for me. It was a bit pungent for my taste but nonetheless satisfying at such a great price that is hard to beat. I am not entirely sure how where exactly they got it wrong as the potatoes were a little hard and the bacon a tad overcooked. I feel that if had been freshly prepared it would have made all the difference. Honestly I was disappointed as I was so looking forward to trying it. Repeat visit, perhaps but the service did not disappoint and with a smile. Speaking of the service, the it was friendly and accommodating of a special request which warrants this three-star review.

I am seriously amazed at this place! Every time I go to a Salad and Go they are so fast! The food and drinks always taste so yummy and fresh. And, the prices are great for what you get. They NEVER disappoint! I love this place!!

I?ve been to several salad and got locations across the valley and the staff at this location is by FAR the most friendly and hard working. It?s seemingly always busy yet the people working here are exceedingly warm and never fail to make my day when I?m feeling down. The cold brew helps too. Thanks guys!

UPDATE: Salad and Go's support team was kind enough to reach out promptly and provide me with a gift voucher. I really appreciate this : ORIGINAL: I love Salad and Go, however this location makes me so angry sometimes. The people are very lovely, however the quality is just LACKING. I keep going to this location because it is the only one close to me and I've experienced issues several times. Sometimes the portions are way off, other times they mess up the order entirely and forget to put some of the ingredients in the bowl. I was particularly annoyed when I placed an order online today and came home to find they didn't add the turkey sausage to the breakfast bowls... I could totally understand if it was a one time thing, but this happens often. And there is NO phone number to contact them, which makes this even more frustrating.

This was my 1st time here and I had a great experience. Everything in my order was correct and was ready on time. All the ingredients were fresh and crispy. There's a reason why this place is so popular.
