Írjon visszajelzéstI’m only giving 2 stars because the wings steak rolls and drinks were good. My table waited for more than 20 minutes before we were waited on. I ordered a whole pizza and was quoted $15 when I get back home was charged $24. The service was horrible and the pizza was even worse! I called Ryan at the local store and he stated they have a signature so nothing he can do, but agreed the price should have been $15 as I had already sat and ate. I called Corporate and she said give me some time before you write a review, but she couldn’t do anything about the overcharge. Also a margarita was added that nobody had! Regret coming in to visit as I am all the way from Delaware. Regret purchasing the pizza as my kids didn’t even enjoy it so it was a waste of money overall! Needless to say my bill was over $210 with a cash tip and $20 isn’t going to make me or break me! It’s the principal… the service needs to be addressed as having someone wait for as long as we did shows they didn’t want my money to begin with! I wanted to walk out but my husband wanted to stay! Wish I would’ve left! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Maybe it was this location but the staff need to be trained better.
I’ve been to the Mill location a few times and wasn’t a fan, so not sure why I gave the Scottsdale location a chance. I invited a friend out for drinks and feel bad that I chose this location. She said it’s her first and last time going. This was my third and last time going… my friend and I both ordered two different types of mimosas but the bartender messed mine up and made two of the kind that my friend ordered. So then the waiter made a joke about ordering the same one. I guess she was serious and they literally put it in the fridge or to the side not sure which one. When my friend went to order another one she asked for a different kind and the waitress was kind of upset and then came back a minute later and tried to force her to mix the two flavors so they could take the one they had sitting around and not have it go to waste. My friend politely declined and then the waiter came back with a Mamosa that we could tell it was clearly mixed. Fortunately the manager was able to toss that one out and remake it correctly. But the energy from the waitress and other staff was weird. I was not feeling the vibe of this location at all. Save your time money and coins and go elsewhere. Food is mediocre and drinks are watered down.
I am not the type of person to complain at restaurants or write reviews, but this has to be said. I have been going to the Zipps on Camelback for 20 years, and this is the first time I 've had to speak with the manager. I ordered a zipparita like I always do, and it just tasted funny. When the manager, Justin, came over to check on me, I explained to him that it just tasted weird and I ordered them all the time. He then says to me well it 's the same batch, so... I asked if they could make me a new one, and he said again it 's the same batch, so it will taste the same. I was with a group with 7 other people, and he made me feel like i was wrong and embarrassed me. So I gave it back and said no, thank you. He could have given me another drink to try and let me be the judge, but instead, he couldn 't do anything for me. I have witnessed this same manager on several occasions being rude to customers in the past. I have been in the customer service business my whole working life, and this man should not be in customer service. I will not be returning to this Zipps, which is sad because this has been the spot for my friends and I for 20 years.
I 've been to many zipps but never have had the service I had at this location. I ask for a simple change since guess I wasn 't hear or didn 't know of how they make their side salads and the manager came over to make me happy and just ended up telling me he can 't do anything so didn 't change the situation. Management is horrible at this location. Will probably not come back to this location I don 't hate them all. I 've also worked in food and we 've never address a situation by just saying we did everything right sorry your mad oh well. Worst customer service and worst manager I 've ever encounter while eating out.
Although it was Sunday and very busy because of football, our waitress Jay, was very nice and attentive, and our food came quite fast. When we finished, she even offered us to give us soda! The chicken skewers are on my absolute favorite, crispy and juicy as always!
