Long John Silver's (70290) - Scranton

I remember going to Long John Silver's with my grandmother when I was a child. Saw this one in Dickson City and ordered lunch. It was every bit as delicious as I remember and the root beer tastes better than bottled A&W Root beer. Wish they had more of these restaurants. Even though eating fried foods has gone out of fashion, delicious food never goes out of fashion. Quick prompt polite and accurate service.

My first time visiting a LJS. Food was ok (I think the chicken is the best meal compared to the others). Sides are ok too. Staff was nice. Place has lots of seating and parking

2nd time in a month I've ordered a fish meal from this location and have received chicken.

$42 for two scrawny meals of 2 chicken planks and 2 small sides. Ok, yes, we had to order 4 more planks and a dozen pups, plus drinks. There was a time not too long ago where it was 3 planks and you got the drinks with the combo meal and the price was half this much! Don't we lock people up in this country for robbery anymore? This is fast food I'm talking about not fine dining. Then after I told you forget it it's not worth it, you had to chase me to the door asking what's wrong so I told you for a fourth time You're asking too much Only a matter of time until you're closed down too. Sorry captain our love affair is over.

Ordered the sea share. The person that took my order was fantastic. She asked if I wanted the special and when I indicated no, she promptly took my order, repeated it and asked me to pull ahead. I did wait the window, but it was not long. My food was fresh and hot. Nice service.
