Charred Brick Oven - Seaford

Came with a group of friends, first time for me and this place was delicious. Started with Caprese garlic bread and woodfired wings. both were delicious. I had the game changer sandwich, also delicious; fried chicken breast, with buffalo mozzarella, arugula, roasted red peppers, hot honey fig jam. The chips were homemade, hot, fresh, and delicious. Fried, cheesy, spicy sweet. My friends ordered the gnocchi bomb, and the homemade eggplant. Everyone was very happy with their meals, everything was delicious, and I definitely need to come back to try some other dishes. Staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Food was alright unfortunately was hoping for in-house homemade pasta dishes but wasn't the case , service was good no complaints on that ordered the gnocchi bomb a lot to food good price but don't think I'd get it again. Might visit again in the future.

I've wanted to check out Charred ever since they opened in Seaford. So far, in the last month, I've dined here twice. Both times, I was very happy with the food. The first time, I had the Chicken Parmigiana which came with Rigatoni. It was cooked perfectly and the sauce was really good. And the portion was really big. The second time, I had the Shrimp Oreganata. I've never had this dish before, but it sounded good so I decided to try it. It definitely was the right choice! The shrimp, white wine sauce, breadcrumbs was such a good mix. I definitely recommend it. I had a slice of the Veggie Italiana pizza that my friends ordered and I thought it was one of the better pizzas in the area. I'm always in the mood for Italian food, so I will definitely be back!

5Good food minus the chicken with salad. Last time it was good. 2 very rushed service. 3 for over all experience. It was a very uncomfortable experience and although the food is good, don't go if you want to relax, chat and enjoy your meal and over all experience. Tonight I met with two long time friends for dinner at Charred. We were excited to get together and catch up as a lot has transpired since the last time we had seen each other. They arrived at 5:30, I was 10 -15 minutes late. I walked in and just started looking for my friends and was met with our server who said your friends are over there. Sadly, He seemed annoyed. I couldn't understand because it was pretty empty at that time. I was rushed to order my drink as they already had theirs. We were met twice to see if we were ready to order. Finally, we ordered our appetizer and our meal. What's disappointing is we felt so rushed. While eating the appetizer that we shared and took our portions to put on our plates, and were enjoying it very much when they came to take the main appetizer plate away. I had to speak up and say we weren't finished yet and they took our plates and forks but left the main plate. Seconds later, our meal was being served, which by the way, my one friend was disappointed in her chicken that was with her salad. She has ordered this before but just couldn't eat it this time. My other friend and myself must say that ours were delicious. That said the server was nice enough to remove the chicken from our bill. Now I understand most restaurants want a quick turnaround especially the service. The more people they get in the more money they make, however to give you a time frame, I live 30 minutes away and I was home by 7:30. I arrived at 5:40-5:45.So if you want a good quick meal, Charred was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was quick, but very rushed and uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy and savor. I would go back for take out or if I wanted basically eat and run.

Wow did I really want to love this place. Fell a little short to me. Bar area is nice and table was nice but pizza was okay. Just okay, I have had better and had worse.
