My potato was old and cold and the bbq wings were spicy, dry and what made them bbq was that a small container of bbq sauce was included.

Charo chicken is always incredible. My driver was very friendly, on time, and honestly one of the best experiences I've had with a driver.

There were two employees. One waitress and one cook. The waitress was so busy, we waited a long time to bus a table for us. She never did, so I bussed it myself. That was the first red flag. We were with friends, so we all decided we weren't in a hurry and we would stay. Wish we would have left! Our waitress worked her butt off. It's the one of the 2 reasons I didn't give this place 1 star. The other reason was the chicken was actual pretty good. The rest wasn't! Everyone agreed the mashed potatoes were terrible. They tasted gritty, runny, and rotten. The macaroni and cheese wasn't great either. The cole slaw was ok. The chicken strips were overcooked and chewy. The fried chicken was the only good thing. My friend told the waitress the mashed potatoes were bad and the waitress offered to bring something else. Everyone else who had mashed potatoes chimed in and agreed, so she brought us a basket of French fries. The French fries were pretty good. We were thankful for that. The waitress said the cook makes the mashed potatoes in the morning and uses buttermilk. They're made in the morning? Gross...kinda explains it. Made with buttermilk? In all my life, I have never heard of mashed potatoes being made with buttermilk. They really need to think long and hard about changing their mashed potatoes. I was quite embarrassed for choosing this place as we were treating our gracious hosts. I know they aren't holding it against me, but just like us, they won't be returning either!
