Based on everybody's recent reviews I had to go back and make sure I had the right place but yep I do ... Had the worst service, it was belligerent at times to the point where we were walking out. The owner came over and tried to smooth things over so we stayed ... my mistake ... here was my Sandwich ... it was horrible ... look how that tomato is cut ... did the person use their foot to do it??? It certainly wasn't a Ginsu .... overall horrible experience food and service. I hope you get better ... view was nice ...

We came here for a late breakfast/brunch and it was very good. The food is good and well priced, and the service is very friendly. The breakfast sandwiches are great and if you like sweet breakfast foo the Nutella-stuffed French toast is amazing

Nice breakfast (and lunch? spot, with a perfect view (which is what ur paying for . Service was a good but a little slow. Food was good, nothing to complain about. All in, this is an impressive place to bring out of towners when they visit. There are certain times where someone in your table will be murdered by the sun without any relief from the umbrella. Bring some shades and wear some sunblock, it can get a bit uncomfortable.

The food is incredible- the pork chop is to die for. The family service makes the experience exceptional- Rosemary is our favorite waitress and the new chef/new management made this place my new favorite local hot spot. the byob and waterfront tables make it the BEST
