Betty Nick's Bait Tackle - Seaside Park

Detailed and limited menu. Small and not well-maintained. Appears to be struggling and on the verge of closing down. Limited bait options. Empty shelves and rarely open. Reviews are outdated. Quality was better 5-6 years ago. Owner is rude and disrespectful towards customers. Lack of care for customer satisfaction. Negative attitude reflects in their business. Other companies have more positive reviews. Owner does not handle criticism well. Will not return. Find another place for bait.

1) The aesthetics of this place are not up to par. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired as the mop water is not changed frequently, making me feel sticky like a fly trapped on flypaper. 2) The service was lacking. The waitress only came to our table three times and never asked if we needed anything. When I requested a refill on my coffee, she appeared annoyed. I simply wanted a fresh cup, but unfortunately did not receive one. 3) The food was simply terrible. The coffee was bitter, the home fries were undercooked and overly greasy, and the toast was drenched in butter. The portion sizes were large but poorly prepared. 4) The prices were not reflective of the quality of food and service. With a small tip, the bill came to $30 for a disappointing breakfast for two people. I believe that there are better dining options available at the same price point with superior quality. In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Currently the only place I can buy and pack as they are very worth knowing about the ongoing fishing along the ibsp!

We love this place! but today we saw a BAD attack. I pay $31.72 for breakfast for my wife and me. we had two coffees each. my wife had 1 egg included toast and hatch brown kartoffels $4.49 I had 2 eggs $5.49 total $14.96 tax .99 $15.95 she gives me a bill for $29.55??? I'm telling her this isn't ours. they checked it and said we ordered left and other things. I said no! I'm gonna take that **** out of my mouth and we're both checking him. she can't add! she fights with me1 she then reduces the leak to $22.75 I can't win! I pay with a credit card and add 18% $4.10 $26.84, but the cc doesn't go thru. I give her another card that she created voids the transaction and a new transaction at $26.84, then adds another tip 18% totals out at $31.68 I tell her that it doesn't add! she's really mad at me! the customers watch this ship show. I pay and go. as my wife and I go, I see someone posibily the owner, I tell him of the thing he wants to agree with a refund, but I say no it is okay! I didn't have the time to pierce this, up until now! you see that I come back to this restaurant for 35 years,) so we just go without closure. that's my cheerfulness! be careful with the tall brunette lady who runs the cash! get her check on the table so they can check it! do not make the same mistake as I have bought, try to pay in register to help them to wait new customers on our table. we paid double for Sunday breakfast clearly!

Just wanna say a tons of thank you! I was there at the American Angler classic tournament last Sunday. Very helpful and welcoming team. There were 02 gentleman in the evening Unfortunately I can't remember their, very helpful guys and they don't looking to sale their products as much as they just wants to give the right things so once again thank you very much and of course I highly recommended. Just go there and you will get satisfied...
