Bob's Burgers - SeaTac

"Bob" is an energetic Greek lady who originally hails from South Korea, and alongside her son, she transforms every item on their diverse kitchen menu into a delicious masterpiece. Our meal included everything from Chicken Strips and Fries to Beef Bulgogi, and each dish was a standout. After a conversation about Kimchi, particularly when Bob mentioned her time stationed in the ROK, she began treating me to delightful little ban chan tastings. I’m not exaggerating when I say I enjoyed every single one—radish kimchi, sweet mung beans, lotus root, and more—none of which were on the menu but came straight from their personal pantry. I felt truly honored. Those with a particular aversion to appearances, both inside and out, might shy away from this place, but that’s their loss when it comes to missing out on genuinely fantastic food. Well done, Bob!
