Addo: Incubator - Seattle

Addo is wonderful! My family has used them a couple of times for catering, in addition to many other visits… The food is delicious, the people are wonderful… Please patronize this first rate establishment!

Chef Counter $1000 experience was a GRADE A DISASTER with the worst customer service/concern!!!! First, let me start by saying I 've eaten there before and was excited to return, so when I saw the laundry list of rules for the Chef Counter experience, I was surprised but not deterred (site has a list of rules for dining). My very good friend bought this for me as a birthday present, but I needed to change the date (which is against his rules). I felt really terrible making this request and sent a very apologetic email, and Eric agreed to the date change! Another rules was to not drive after and consider a hotel, which I booked and paid!!! We were so excited; my friend and I had seen each only a few times during Covid, and it was a special night to us! WE SHOWED UP AND IT WAS CLOSED...not out of business closed, just NO ONE BOTHERED TO OPEN THAT DAY! We were standing outside in 100 degree weather, with a confirmed reservation!! He gives out no phone , so I sent an email and 2 hours later I got a response back, which I 've attached. I felt bad breaking one of his small rules initially, but he blames ruining our whole night and us spending all kinds of money, on a print out error! He 's known for saying things like... If I see something stupid in the industry, I 'm going to call it out. , and How do you bring people in and show them that you actually give a s It 's my turn to call out stupid things....and it 's that Eric actually DOESN 'T give a s about his customers!! There 's tons of other similar customer reviews fyi.

We were 6 people and we came for an amazing family style private dinner which was UNFORGETTABLE!! Eric is one of a kind, food was amazing and very special from the Porto Rican cousin, and he just kept poring us wine even though it wasn't really included. Book your place in advance since he is packed! Super recommended.

The guy that owns all these oddo 's is a French fry away from a happy meal. He said on record that he 's for people eating sh!t . No sane person should ever support someone like this. I 'll never set foot at any of his locations again. They lost a very loyal client that referred numerous friends and family.

This private, vax required brunch for 6 was probably in the top 3 meals I've ever eaten. Drawing from a deep well of Puerto Rican flavors, Eric fixed us a brunch unlike any other I've ever had. This was my first indoor dining experience in a year and a half, and the attention to safety and vax status made me extremely comfortable inside. Just absolutely stunning. Go before it's too late.
